Rules of Competition
All competitors are expected to wear a clean white traditional Karate Gi WKF rules will apply with slight modifications gum shields are compulsory Only red and blue mitts will be allowed in competition red/blue shin/foot protectors are optional for 12yrs and under but are compulsory for 13yrs and above also red and blue belts need to be worn. All competitors must have an up to date licence/insurance.

The 24th Annual Kyokushin "American International Karate Championships" scheduled for Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center in Rochester, New York...

Our tournament will once again be open to all styles and organizations... Divisions include: Kata (Empty Hand), Weapons, Clicker (Continuous Point Fighting), Semi-Full Contact and Knockdown Fighting, Breaking, Grappling, and Wrestling.

23rd British International Karate Open and its new home the UEL Sportsdock, Docklands Campus, University Way, London E16 2RD.

The competition will be held on 18th of January 2015 in sports hall "Naestebest" in Best, the Netherlands.

The tournament is open for kids, juniors and seniors, who will have the chance to compete in patterns and sparring and high jump only for B-class.
