Students will be living/training at the dojo, those who wish can come at anytime of the week if the flight day is best for you. Daily training is throughout the whole period.

Uchideshi: £225 per week, food not included in these weeks. Do two weeks or more and it only costs £180 per week.

Ryanair is flying from Stansted airport at very low prices, Thomson fly from most airports in the UK on different days of the week, EasyJet from Gatwick on Tuesdays, Wensedays and Saturdays. You may come any day within the period if you get the best flight price. The deshi is continuous, so no training time is lost whatever day you arrive or leave.

What do you get out of this possible life changing experience.

We start at 7.30 am with a soft and gentle form of Yoga to stretch the body slowly helping to understand how we can get more from our bodies leading to long term health benefits that can be carried on once you return home. Then time is spent on different forms of Meditation that is enjoyable and enlightening, how to overcome our busy mind taking us to the point of understanding what deep inner peace can provide in the future if development and study is continued, lastly looking at the weapons of Aikido taking us up to breakfast. This covers two two hours.   Then their will be one more class in the evening. Total Aikido trainig 3 hours a day

After breakfast duties are carried out by deshi helping Sensei this  time of the year it may not be the hottest weather and may even rain so be prepared with correct clothing and also work wear as two hours a day will be asked of you.

Early evening deshi will train themselves or with one of the teachers available. We do not ask you to arrive on any special day or leave; this will be up to you.

The cost of the deshi includes  board, training, bedding. The food will be everyone helping cook for all deshi and sensie 'A very practical deshi that should be low cost to all'  plus breakfast is included in the price except when training at the beach, this is at the deshi's own cost.  

Cost for any one weeks stay £225 per week. More weeks £180  i.e two weeks total = £360
Those who have been many times can give you information on how much overall you will need to allow for in costs, but this normally depends on how you wish to live while at the Dojo.

A £100 none returnable deposit is required from you. Flights are extra but collection and return to and from the airport in Kefalonia for the deshi will be taken care of by Sensei
