- Wide use of Pencak Silat in all-round and harmonious development of a person, formation of a healthy way of life, up-bringing of the youth in the spirit of internationality and patriotic.
- Popularisation of Pencak Silat in World as Indonesian national sport.

ATHLETES READINESS
All athletes must be in the arena when the category which they represent is proceeding and be ready in their position. Athletes are also advised to follow all the instruction from the officer in–charge.
All athletes who take parts in the competition should wear something identifiable to PencakSilat.
MATCH CATEGORY COMPETITIONS
WEIGHING/RE–WEIGHING
1. For category match participants will be weighed on the registration day to confirm their class. Registration weighing should be performed not later than 6 (six) hours before the first competition.
2. For the first weighing, athletes must be in their registration class for the duration of championship and wear formal PencakSilat pants and T-shirts.
3. All athletes must reweigh–in 15 minutes before competition.
4. Any athlete who is not in registered weight classification when reweighed 15 minutes before competition will be disqualified for the subsequent games in accordance with the Rules of Competition for International PencakSilat Federation (PERSILAT).
5. In reweigh–in session all athletes must wear the PencakSilat uniform without body protector.
6. No class toleration for body weight is allowed.
EQUIPMENT:
1. During competition:
a. All athletes must wear the PencakSilat uniforms in black color
b. All athletes must wear the body protectors
c. All athletes must wear plastic ball guards (for men) and female sanitary napkins (for woman) provided by respective contingent.
d. One layer thin joint protection (without sponge) to prevent from injury is allowed to wear as far as it does notendanger the opponent.
COMPETITION RULES
1. The competition is conducted in 3 (three) rounds, each round will run for 2 (two) minutes net. A 1 (one) minute rest time is provided between rounds. The time when referee stops the competition is inclusive in the competition time.
2. Every athlete suitable to compete in the his/her weight class, his/her category schedule will be determined.
3. All athletes must report themselves at the arena 15 minutes before the competition starts. Athletes failing to be present after their names are called 3 (three) times will be walk over (wo) and the opponent will win the game.
TUNGGAL CATEGORIES COMPETITION
DURATION TIME
1. For Tunggal (Single) category for Men & Women, the duration time to perform is as follows:
• Performance time is 3 (three) minutes.
• All athletes who have the queue number to perform but fail to be present after three (3) time their names are called by the Technical Official, the athletes are walk over (wo). The exception applies only for the athletes who have problems or the technical mistake from the Organizer. The Technical Official will make good decision for both parties, but if the category is ended and the result has been made, then the result cannot be changed.
WEAPONS.
1.Tunggal (Single) Category
• Long Knife (Golok or Parang ) size 30–40 cm
• Toya/Tongkat (rod) made from rattan. Measuring from 150–180 cm and the diameter is 2 cm (-5, -3 cm).
PROTEST
1. All contingent are allowed to make protest trough their Team Manager. The protest should be made through the protest form and be handed over together withprotest money as much as USD 100.
2. Each protest should be submitted to the Chairman of Competition within ten (10) minutes after the result is announced.
3. The protest money will not be reimbursable if the protest is not reasonable.
4. Protest is allowed and will be processed in accordance with Competition Rules of International Pencak Silat Federation (PERSILAT).
5. All the results made by the Judge Council regarding to the protest is final.
MEDICAL SERVICE
The Organizer Committee will provide a Medical Team throughout the event.
INSURANCE
All contingents are advised to provide insurance coverage for their athletes.
SELF–ASSURANCE
Team Managers should be responsible to respective team members and will not take any legal action on Competition Organizer on any incident including accident, injury, and death before, during and after the championship takes place.
REWARDING:
- Participants won the 1st place are awarded by the diplomas, medals and valuable prizes. 2nd and 3rd places are awarded by diplomas, medals and valuable prizes.
PARTICIPANTS OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP:
- To the championship are allowed only the sportsmen specified in the entries and those having passport, the identification card, medical inspection, and also an insurance policy on each sportsman are supposed. The sportsman not having medical inspection is not admitted to the competitions.

- General guidance is carried out the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by Centre for Development of Eastern Single Combats & Martial Arts of Uzbekistan and by Uzbekistan «PENCAK SILAT» Organization.
Refereeing is carried out by judicial board appointed by the Head Judge.

TERMS OF ADMISSION OF PARTISIPANTS:
- All expenses connected with participation (travel, daily allowances, accommodation) of sportsmen and trainers are covered at the expense of the sending organization.
