Sieradzki Club Karate Kyokushinkai has the honour to invite a team to represent Your club at The International Kyokushin Karate Tournament for Sieradz Presidents’s Cup
A team can have any number of competitors in a given category, but 1 person may
be participate in only one competition! In order to be allowed into the tournament, a participant must provide the following:
a valid sports health card
a national ID card or a school ID card
a parent’s or carer’s written permission to participate in The Sieradz
Presidents’s Cup International Kyokushin Karate Tournament Sieradz

clean, white dogi; protectors required for particular categories
entry fee of 10 Euro or 40 zl (Polish zlotys) (includes payment for dinner)
