We are very happy to invite you and your team to once again attend the 9 th Scottish Open International Taekwondo Championships which will take place at its new home in Bellahouston Sports centre in Glasgow 10 minutes drive from Glasgow Airport and Glasgow City Centre. This new venue will make it easier for teams to access and also provide a wealth of amenities in the immediate vicinity of the venue.

In previous years we have had the great pleasure to welcome teams from Afghanistan, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Chinese Taipei, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Russia and The USA as well as a number of WTF International referees from around the world.

This year we will be using Daedo PSS for all categories and for the first time will be offering video replay to all competitors, making the 9th Scottish Open the first competition in Scotland to do this. To further enhance the level of fairness and transparency, all courts will have WTF international referees present in order to help deliver the highest standard of officiating.

Our aim is to provide a WTF style Taekwondo competition of the highest standard and we truly hope you will be able to join us for this 9th edition of the Scottish Open Taekwondo Championships. This event is truly open to anyone from any association from any country.
