July 25 & 26th

Individual 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place and co-3rd Place for Forms, Weapons, Sparring and Breaking divisions. Group award for Demo/Creativity Division. Grand Champion trophy for all around top point scorer in adult Black Belt male and female divisions (2nd and 3rd Dan Divisions). Black Belt cups will be awarded for top male and female Black Belts in the Cho Dan divisions and Black Belt youth divisions.

ALL Championship events are Pre-Register ONLY. Registration must be postmarked on or before July 12th. Mail registration to the address on registration form. Please note that there are discounts for:

• Early bird registration, before June 14th. Regular registration, before June 28th. • Multi family members. For families of 3 or more competitors, the total competition fee will be $150 for the family. (immediate family only) Please note that each person must pay for any extra activities or t-shirts. This discount is only in place for registrations postmarked by June 28th. All registrations must be mailed together and paid in a single check.

• Pee Wee competitors: Pee-Wee competitors registration is only $25 dollars total. A Pee Wee is defined as someone who is 6 years of age or younger and is not yet a regular gup member.
